Ceramiche Caesar Surfaces a Private Residence in Miami Shores
In 2026, within the charming setting of Miami Shores, in the Miami-Dade metropolitan area, a refined newly built private residence takes shape, where architecture engages in dialogue with materiality through a selection of Caesar porcelain stoneware surfaces. The project enhances every area — from indoor and outdoor spaces to bathroom walls, pool-edge detailing, and façades — achieving a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Taking centre stage indoors is Prima Concrete in the 120x120 cm size, selected to create continuity across floors and vertical surfaces. Its medium grey shade, inspired by the authentic nuances of concrete, establishes an essential and sophisticated visual language that extends seamlessly into the outdoor areas and pool-edge detailing, amplifying the perception of fluidity and design coherence.
Externally, the façades are enhanced by Iconica Silver Contro in the 60x120 cm size. This contemporary reinterpretation of travertine, presented in an elegant silver-toned variation, introduces a distinctive material texture to the vertical surfaces. Its dialogue with the tones of Prima Concrete creates a refined chromatic balance capable of expressing depth and continuity while maintaining contrast.
In this project, two material identities — the urban rigour of concrete and the timeless refinement of reinterpreted travertine — come together in a coherent and harmonious composition. A design synthesis that highlights the versatility of the Caesar range and its ability to shape contemporary, elegant, and perfectly integrated spaces.
