The renovation of the Signiel Residence, designed by Kim Sang-yoon, takes place in the upper levels of Seoul’s Lotte World Tower and translates the city’s cultural identity into a domestic landscape. Here, architecture opens up to a new vision of living: a composed balance between craftsmanship, Korean identity, and contemporary language. Ceramic surfaces by Caesar are integrated through formats and thicknesses selected according to function and structure, where every element is part of a cohesive whole.
