Studio Marco Piva designs the luxury project Sharm Bay Marina

Sharm Bay Marina is the project entrusted by Talat Moustafa Group to the multicultural and multidisciplinary SMP team, led by CEO Armando Bruno, seamlessly fusing the charm of Italian Mediterranean Architecture with the stunning natural beauty of Sharm El Sheikh's Red Sea coastline.

Spanning an expansive 1.2 million square meters around the world-class international marina adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort at Sharm El Sheikh, the project is holistically conceived—from master planning and architecture to interior design—and integrates residential, commercial, and mixed-use typologies around a vibrant marina that serves as the heart of the community, redefining luxury living and maritime excellence in Egypt.

The project is designed to harmonize with the natural landscape, creating a seamless flow between public, recreational, and private spaces. Terraced layouts, promenades, and thoughtfully placed vistas ensure that every element—from waterfront villas and boathouses to multifamily residences and commercial hubs—offers both functionality and aesthetic richness.

Inspired by Mediterranean architectural principles, the design reinterprets arcades, rhythmic facades, and porticos to respond to the local climate and cultural context. Carefully curated materials, from soft plaster and stone cladding to wooden finishes, foster a sense of authenticity and connection to the surrounding landscape.
