Beatrice Lucchese is the new CEO of Florim

On May 21, Florim’s Board of Directors appointed Beatrice Lucchese as CEO of the company, marking a significant step in the Italian ceramic group’s path of evolution and entrepreneurial continuity, and formally introducing the third generation of the Lucchese family into the leadership of Florim.
Graduating in Engineering and Architecture from the University of Bologna, Beatrice Lucchese began her professional career with a research project focused on nanotechnologies applied to construction materials. She further strengthened her expertise through experience in leading international multidisciplinary engineering firms. A member of Florim’s Board of Directors since 2021, she joined the company operationally in 2022 as Technical Sales Engineer, later taking on roles of increasing responsibility up to Chief Commercial Officer and Project Director.

Founded by Giovanni Lucchese in the early 1960s in the heart of the Italian ceramic tile district, Florim is today an international benchmark in the high-end porcelain stoneware sector for architecture, interior design and construction, standing as an international trendsetter in the industry. Since 1984, the company has been led by Chairman Claudio Lucchese, who has guided the group’s growth and international expansion. With cutting-edge production facilities, commercial branches, and partnerships across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, as well as Flagship Stores in key global design and architecture capitals (including Milan, New York, Moscow, Singapore, Frankfurt, London, Abu Dhabi, Rome, Los Angeles and Seoul), today Florim employs more than 1,400 people worldwide. In 2025 the Group recorded revenues of approximately €420 million.
