For 2018, Bauxt focuses on Corten, the iconic steel with a “used” and rusty effect given by the natural corrosion of its surface.
The armored doors produced by the company thus have a burnished surface, with different shades, which change tones with the external agents during the years. These features make Corten armored doors perfect for contemporary and natural environments.
The material, which is an industrial product, has been also chosen for its performances: Corten is in fact technically suitable in different contexts as it guarantees an improvement of the mechanical properties of 30% compared to traditional steel.
